• We operate by appointment only and reserve the right to not be present until an appointment is scheduled and a payment has successfully been received.

• At this time we cannot accept walk-ins. We frequently alter our schedule for client needs or hold classes off-site for business clients. Also, sometimes classes are filled to the limit with pre-paid clients, leaving no room to for walk-ins.

• Cancellation & Rescheduling policy:  If you are unable to attend your scheduled time, we kindly ask that you give us no less than  a 24 hour notice via call or text to our business phone, 270-210-2907, or email at premierblscpr@gmail.com. Cancellations occurring less than 24 hour before the class start time results in a forfeit of refund.

 

• Refund policy: For cancellations greater than 24 hr notice, refunds will be issued via check. Our financial institution charges us $25 processing fees per refund transaction. If an electronic refund is requested, this amount will be deducted from the refund. For full refunds we are happy to mail a check. 

 

• Appointments resulting in a "no call/ no show" are non-refundable and the original payment will be forfeited.  A new payment will be required for every subsequent scheduled class or session. ​
